The Ministry of Public Administration and Security will test-run mobile administration service through smartphones to improve and upgrade work efficiency to a level of those in advanced countries"

Okay, it's a test, but given how well Seoul does in my City Rankings and the South Koreans love of the smartphone, you know they'll be one of the first of the more advanced nations to adopt it for all official business.

The smartphone is the computer!

And the best part. Right. That they have a MINISTRY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND SECURITY.
